Return Policy

Merchandise Return Policy:

Sit4evr retail customers returning merchandise within 15 days of receipt of their order will receive a full refund for the cost of the product ( less shipping) subject to the provisions below.

The returned product must be packaged securely, and the RMA Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Shipping costs and any applicable sales tax will not be refunded. Returns may be subject to a $7.00 processing fee

All merchandise being returned for credit must be in the original packaging and be in like new, unused condition or credit will not be issued. All items being returned for a refund will be inspected and if found to be used or damaged, a handling fee of 15% ($10.00 minimum) will be applied. The product will be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense.

If merchandise is returned later than 15 days from the purchase date, a 15% restocking charge will be deducted from the refund with a $10.00 minimum charge.

No product returns will be accepted by Sit4evr after 30 days from the date of delivery.

Sit4evr will not accept returns which have a cost of $25.00 or less, due to processing costs.

Merchandise Exchange Policy:

We understand that a customer may wish to exchange a Sit4evr product for another Sit4evr product for any number of reasons. However Sit4evr retail customers returning merchandise for the purpose of an exchange must do so within 15 days of receipt of their order. In addition exchanges are subject to the following provisions.

Exchanged products had to be purchased directly from Sit4evr .

An RMA Number must be obtained by contacting a Product Specialist at Sit4evr via telephone, 310-991-1128 between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM Hawaii time-Monday through Friday.

The returned product must be packaged securely, and the RMA Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Shipping costs and any applicable sales tax charged as part of the original purchase will not be considered as part of the exchange. Only the original cost of the product will be considered.

Discontinued or special order products cannot be exchanged.
